COUNTY COURT
The preliminary hearing of John Lutz, charged with causing and procuring one Dick Oltmans to commit arson, was jailed in county court this afternoon. A
big grist of witnesses is present. Oltmans was arraigned several days ago and pleaded not guilty and waived examination. He was released on $1000
bons pending his appearance at district court. His father went his bond. Judge Hardy is defending Lutz in his
rearing today, while County Attorney Rinaker is looking after the prosecution. The hearing closed at 3:45. Lutz was found guilty and bound over to district court in $500. He gave bonds for his appearance.
