- POLICE COURT NEWS. RObert Fair, of Oak street, was in court this morning to swear out a warrant for a man by the name of O’Rourke, whom he charges with stealing his wagon. Perry Bryan, of High street, was arrested last night, charged with assaulting Samuel Shumsky, a State street peanut vendor. The trouble started over the change for a pint of peanuts. Bryan was fined $3 which he paid.
