Description
TO HEAR ASSAULT CHARGE The assault charge against Fred H. Krumwiede, Newark driver of the General Baking company truck which figured in an accident at the corner of Larence street and Amboy a avenue during the latter part of last week, will be heard as soon as the condition of Mrs. Bertha Pszolka of 450 Bruck avenue is finally made known. It was at first said that a reckless driving charge was being pressed against Krumwiede but this has been found to be incorrect. The automobile true struck a rut in the road, it is said, causing the driver to lose control of the machine. The rear of the truck skidded and broke a window and a fence , and at the same time the woman was injured.
