- COUNTY NEWS NEW BRUNSWICK, Jan. 22. – Jerome Weingart, of this city on trial at the county court last week on a charge of atrocious assault and battery, was found guilty by the jury and remanded to the county jail to await sentence next week by Judge Peter F. Daly. The charge is a result of Weingart driving a car while intoxicated and running into a boy, Eugene Juronics. Weingart denied that he drove the car and all the charges against him.
