- COUNTY GETS PRISONER NEW BRUNSWICK. Jan. 31 Steve Mihalysiak, a fugitive from Middlesex county for the last two years, was returned here yesterday by the Elizabeth police on a warrant charging him with an alleged atrocious assault and battery on John and Paul Popo at Oak Tree. County Detective Ferd A. David brought Mihalysiak back here.
