Description
NEW YORK. May 13.- The charges against Joseph E. Dooley, 22 years old, would send him to prison for 50 years or more if he should be convicted on them all. It is alleged that he married Louise Baumann; gave her a worthless check for $25,000; and assaulted the girl's brother. Now another woman appears claiming to be Dooley's rightful wife. Hotels and taxicab companies file claims against him for numerous bills.
