October term of circuit court for Wexford
county convenes today. Judge
Chittenden will have 29 cases before
him. The most important one is that
of the people vs. James V. Wright for
assault with intent to kill. Wright on
Aug. 23 got into a quarrel with Chas.
Mead over the lease of Wright's farm,
and the latter shot Mead.
