Detroit, Mich., Jan. 15. Late last
night the hospital authorities announced
that Mrs. Blissitt, who was
assaulted by her husband early yesterday,
would doubtless recover from her
injuries. Her skull was fractured by
one of the bullets, but her brain was
not injured. Her husband was Insanely Jealous
and returning home after
four months' absence went to work
to kill his wife and burn the house.
He had just tried to fire the house
when a policeman nabbed him and
ended his career for a while.
