Particulars have just been received from Iloilo of the battle, Oct. 30, at Bugason, island of Panay. when 200 bolomen and two riflemen attacked the Americans, who lost three killedóLieutenant II. M. Koontz, Sergeant Kitchen and Corporal Burns, nil of company F, Forty-fourth infantry.
