Description
There was but little business for the City Court yesterday morning. Edward Kinsella was before the court on a charge of drunkenness and breach of peace in that he assaulted his wife by kicking her. He plead guilty to the first charge, but denied the second. The evidence against him was considered conclusive by Judge Pardee, so he fined him $1 and costs for the drunk and sent him to jail for thirty days for the assault.
