- WANTS $3,000 DAMAGE FOR ALLEGED ASSAULT. Special to the Evening News. New Brunswick, Nov. 13: – Lawyer George S. Sitzer, attorney for Miss Jennie Buote, has commenced suit in the court here against Wolff & Co., of Perth Amboy. Miss Buote wants $3,000 damages. She claims she was knocked down while in the store where she was formerly employed. The case will be tried at the next term.
