- TRIAL CASES NOLLE PROSSED BY COUNTY NEW BRUNSWICK, Feb. 9 – Prosecutor Joseph E. Stricker _ today in the criminal court. Judge Daly of disposition of _ cases by nolle processing the dispute _ of cases includes that of _ of Perth Amboy , with uttering a check with insufficient funds.
