Fred Mielko vs. Theodore Trowbridge.
This is an action on the case for damages
alleged to have been sustained by
the plaintiff at the hands of the defend
ant, in consequence of an assault claimed
to have been made in May last on the
person of the plaintiff by the defendant.
$5000 was the amount claimed in plaintiff's
declaration. Tho case occupied the
court Monday after noon and Tuesday
and resulted in a verdict of $100 for the
plaintiff.
