- Information charging assault in the first degree, will be filed direct by the prosecuting attorney next Tuesday against William Cole, who, on January 26, shot Luke Sucevich, a shoemaker, in his shop at 616 Madison st., it was announced Saturday. Sucevich was shot thru the head. He lingered between life and death for several days. An operation saved his life.
