Out of the 40 stories of murder that took place during the years 1900 and 1920, only 12 stories occurred in-state while the other 28 stories occurred out-of-state.
As seen on the map below, in 1900, 9 stories of murder occurred in-state and 11 occurred out-of-state.
As seen on the map below, in 1920, 3 stories of murder occurred in-state and 17 occurred out-of-state.
The change in the amount of in-state and out-of-state murders during the year of 1920 is much different than what was seen back in 1900. In 1900 and the amount off in-state and out-out-of state murders was almost the same with 9 of them occurring in-state and 11 of them occurring out-of-state. In 1920 there is a drastic change between the number of in-state and out-of-state murders with only 3 of the murders occurring in-state and 17 of the murders occurring out-of-state.
