Dorcey, he drew a razor and slashed him, inflicting a small wound on one of his arms. Dorcey was arrested and held as a witness. When searched at headquarters Flood had $270 in his possession. He was under the influence of liquor at the time. Dorcey has but one arm. He gave his occupation as a printer.
