Swears Out Warrant for Contractor - A. Bauthier, contractor, weilds a wicked hammer. A warrant charging him with second degree assault was issued by Prosecutor Fred C. Brown in Justice Otis W. Brinker's court Saturday. Horace Tarbox, 140 23d ave. N., is the prosecuting witness. Tarbox, according to his tale of woe to Deputy Prosecutor T. H. Patterson, had an argument with Bauthier over a house he was having built. The complainant didn't like the way Bauthier grabbed a hammer, threatening to use it on Tarbox's head. Bauthier was disarmed.
