NOTED OLD OUTLAW IS SENT TO JAIL ONCE MORE
SALT LAKE, Utah. Nov. 25.—Milton M. Lee, sixty-seven, notorious as the “bandit of the Yosemite,” who confessed holding up more that 100 stages in southern California and numerous train robberies, and who has spent the greater part of his life in prison, must again go back behind bars, After pleading guilty to counterfeiting he was sentenced to five years and to pay a fine of $100.
Lee was arrested in Salt Lake by Secret Service men, who traced counterfeit half dollars to him. His lodgings were raided and a counterfeiting set was found.
