WALTER GINGELL TO BE GIVEN A HEARING TODAY
Walter Gingell, in a rear of whose home in Twenty-eighth street the police say they found an outfit for counterfeiting small coins, will be given a hearing before United States Commissioner Anson S. Taylor late today.
Gingell, who the police say is a metal worker and electrician, was arrested by Sergeant J. Willard Greene, of the Third precinct, at the moving picture house, where Greene says Gingell had passed spurious coin. Secret Service operatives called into the case, declare they found the counterfeiting tool at Gingell’s home yesterday.
