Theft in the Montgomery County Sentinel

Only five of the thefts reported on in the Montgomery County Sentinel from the 40 issues examined, occurred out of state. Two occurred in Washington D.C, one in Fairfax County, one in Leesburg Virginia and one in Chambersburg Pennsylvania.  Out of state crimes were generally not reported on very often, unless the crime itself had some implication with the state of Maryland.
