Harlem in Disorder at the ASLH conference
I presented my digital monograph, Harlem in Disorder, in the lightning round on New Directions in Digital Legal History at the 2024 Annual Meeting of the American Society for Legal History, on October 26 in San Francisco.
Thanks to Rowan Dorin for organizing the session, including handling the logistical challenge of arranging a projector in an otherwise AV-free conference.
To help promote the session, we also had the opportunity to create a poster on our projects, which I’ve included with this post. It gave me the opportunity to create a diagram intended to capture the multilayered nature and the connections between the layers – which did seem to help me convey how the digital monograph was organized.
