Spouses

John Beck differed from many soldiers of the time, in that he was married to three seperate women.  His first wife was named Christina Beck, and they were married until she passed away on May 20, 1891.  He eventually remarried to a woman named Mary Beck, whom he divorced in September of 1896.  That same year he remarried to his third wife, Julia Beck, and remained with her until his death in 1901.  In his lifetime, John Beck was widowed, divorced, and left a widow- pretty rare for anyone of any time period really.
