A column by Shane White appeared in the April 17, 2011 edition of The Chronicle of Higher Education. Titled, “An Aussie Takes on African-American History,” it discusses his perspective as a historian, not Digital Harlem as such, but the site and our book, Playing the Numbers, gets a plug at the end — which seems to be bringing some visitors to the site and this blog, so I thought I should return the favour.
Access to the column on the Chronicle site is restricted to subscribers, but a copy has been posted by the United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney.
